We collect SMS consent through two separate, independent checkboxes. Ticking one does not tick the other. You may tick either, both, or neither.
Non-marketing consent covers webinar access details, webinar reminders, appointment reminders, customer support messages, account notifications and service-related updates.
Marketing consent is collected separately and covers upcoming workshops, online trainings, books, events, educational programs and occasional promotional offers.
Marketing consent is never bundled with any other consent, is never a condition of registration or purchase, and can be withheld while still receiving the non-marketing messages you asked for.
Both SMS consent checkboxes are optional and neither is ticked by default. Providing your phone number alone does not enrol you in SMS messaging of any kind. Registration succeeds whether or not you tick either box. Your consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile service provider for details.
You may reply STOP to any message to opt out of future text messages. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
You may reply HELP for assistance at any time, or contact us at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties except vendors required to deliver messaging services. See our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your email address you agree to receive emails from us relating to the program or resource you requested, along with related educational content and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
8.1. Payment terms, inclusions and any refund or cancellation rights applicable to a paid program are set out at the point of purchase and form part of your agreement with us.
